Dear Admin,

I would like to appeal the 30-day ban I received for ER 1.7 (failure to submit POV within the given timeframe) regarding the report on thread [thread link/number].

I want to clarify that I did record the POV of the event in question. The recording exists and I was not trying to hide any evidence. However, I was unable to submit it within the 8-hour window because I did not see the notification/thread in time, so I missed the deadline without realizing it.

I understand that not submitting POV in time is a violation of ER 1.7, and I take responsibility for the delay. However, since the recording exists and I am providing it now, I hope this can be taken into consideration to reduce or lift the ban.

I am not disputing the outcome regarding teaming — I understand that will stand as its own separate matter. I am only requesting reconsideration of the additional 30-day ban specifically tied to the late POV submission, given that the evidence was genuinely available and is now being provided.
