1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I served in the LSPD for a long time; during this period, I encountered many issues that I wanted to rectify. I worked hard, yet I witnessed high-ranking officers mistreating lower-ranking individuals they disliked, and I lacked the authority to intervene. My reason for seeking this position is to foster a better, more excellent, and vibrant environment through greater care and diligence. I want to ensure unity and solidarity during our operations without hurting feelings or allowing bullying and I aim to assist everyone and listen to their requests. Unlike other leaders, I want to be responsive to everyone.
2. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
My goal is to ensure fairness for everyone so that no one suffers injustice; everyone will acquire the necessary knowledge, and the aim will be to keep errors close to zero. Every employee regardless of seniority will have their knowledge tested to prevent unfair treatment, and there will be no infighting between ranks. Everyone will have distinct responsibilities, and departments will feature a high-bonus system and attractive incentives designed to encourage everyone to fully embrace their roles.
iii. I would promote one on one training rather than the video training and conduct regular meetings to ensure more clarity among the members of LSPD. Plus i will maintain a familiar.
