Dear Administration,
First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for this situation. I completely understand why I received this punishment, and I fully accept that it was my responsibility to provide my POV when requested. I know that keeping my recordings is my responsibility, and I deeply regret not being able to provide them.
I would like to explain what happened, not as an excuse, but simply to provide the full context.
The report against me was created at approximately 4:00 AM (Turkey time). At that time, I was asleep, as I believe most people normally would be. Because of this, I had absolutely no way of seeing that a report had been opened at that moment. Unfortunately, I only became aware of the situation much later.
Shortly afterward, I spent the weekend away in my village and did not have access to my computer. Even if I had noticed the notification on my phone, I still would not have been able to upload my recording because my PC was not with me. I understand that checking the forum is ultimately my responsibility, and I am not trying to avoid that responsibility. I only want to explain why I was unable to respond within the requested time.
I also want to clarify that I entered the event together with my friend (ID: 119-140). I honestly did not know that this could be considered teaming. It was never our intention to gain an unfair advantage or intentionally break the rules. If our actions violated the server rules, I sincerely apologize, and I promise that I will never repeat this mistake.
Regarding my POV, I genuinely believed I had recorded the incident. However, I usually delete my recordings after a short period to free up storage space. By the time I realized that a POV had been requested, the recording was no longer available. Looking back, I understand that this was my mistake, and I should have kept my recordings for much longer.
I truly regret everything that happened. I respect the server rules, and I understand why POV evidence is important. This situation has taught me a valuable lesson. From now on, I will always keep my recordings for a much longer period and regularly check the forum so that this can never happen again.
I know that a missing POV is a serious issue, and I understand your decision. Even so, I humbly ask if you could please reconsider my punishment or reduce its duration as a one-time exception. I am not asking because I believe I am right—I am asking because I sincerely regret my mistake and hope to be given one final chance to prove that I have learned from it.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my appeal and for considering my request. Whatever your final decision may be, I respect it. Once again, I sincerely apologize for my mistake and hope that you can give me one more opportunity.
Kind regards.
