Hey Bobby,
It's been around 14 months since I was removed from the Admin team. During this time, I only asked once on the forums about the reason for my removal, but I never received an explanation. The only response I got was from Floki saying, "You cannot be admin." After that I accepted it, continued playing as a normal player and never asked about it again.
Additionally, under the new rules, being on the Admin Blacklist also prevents me from becoming a Leader or even an Unofficial Leader. That means I'm now restricted from another major way of contributing to the server and creating roleplay. Roleplay has always been what I've enjoyed the most on Grand, and this blacklist doesn't just prevent me from returning to the Admin team it also limits my ability to contribute to the community in other meaningful ways.
Over the past year, I've tried to understand the possible reason on my own.
I'm not banned on any Grand server despite playing for over five years. I've never leaked admin information, misled the administration, or provided false information.
If the concern is my punishment history, I understand that I have more punishments than someone who joined the server only a few months ago. I've been an active player for years, so naturally I've had far more playtime and interactions than newer players. Comparing my record to someone who has only recently started playing doesn't really reflect the full picture.
If the reason is my disagreements with certain admins, I would also like to clarify that I have never argued with or disrespected any admin in-game. Whenever I disagreed with a decision or wanted clarification on a rule, I always chose to use the forums and asked the Chief Administrators instead of creating arguments in-game. I understand that this may have caused some admins, former admins, or players who were close to them to dislike me, but my intention was never to cause conflict. I simply wanted clear answers and consistency in how the rules were applied. There were also multiple occasions where I reported being stalked or targeted by certain individuals, and in some of those cases, action was taken against them, which further shows that my concerns were legitimate.
The only reason I can think of is that some of my friends or former admins I knew were later banned from the server. If that's the case, I hope my own history and actions are considered separately. Being active in both State and Gang organizations over the years meant I made a lot of friends across the community. Simply knowing or playing with someone doesn't mean I would ever help them evade a ban or break server rules. If the issue is a lack of trust because of who I knew, then I believe my own record should speak for itself. In five years, I have never been banned for IRL trading, account selling, multi-accounting, or any other trust-related offense.
A few months after my removal, I became Governor and completed a successful term. I've also served as Deputy in multiple State organizations and multiple Gang organizations, and I even led an unofficial family for some time. Throughout all of this, my goal has always been the same: to create enjoyable roleplay and contribute positively to the server.

I wanted to help players with the same issues I experienced as a regular player and make the overall experience better for everyone. My intention has always been to encourage more roleplay and create a fun environment for players who genuinely enjoy RP.
I'm not saying this to disrespect anyone, but I've seen people become admins even after having forum bans, permanently banned twink accounts, or punishments for major server rule violations. They were still given another opportunity. In my case, none of those situations apply to any of my accounts, which is why I'm struggling to understand what led to my permanent removal.
