You did fail rp, you need to give 3 demands to stop the car before using engine blocker and you dont have any right to cuff the guy who is just complying and dont even have a gun in his hands. And you are using lethal gun to give demands rather than the taser. How can an officer cuff a guy who was complying with rash driving, for the rash driving its only fine. Everything in your own pov.
