Hallo Lebron,
ich möchte mich mit einer Anfrage beziehungsweise Beschwerde bezüglich der Regelung der staatlichen Organisationen an dich wenden.
Vorab möchte ich klarstellen, dass es mir nicht darum geht, die gegen mich ausgesprochene Sanktion oder Suspendierung grundsätzlich anzufechten. Mir geht es vielmehr um den Umstand, wie diese Sanktion zustande gekommen ist.
In meinem konkreten Fall geht es um die Organisation NG. Ich wurde dort suspendiert und sanktioniert, weil ich gegen eine organisationsinterne Regel verstoßen haben soll. Konkret ging es dabei um das Ändern der Farbe eines Organisationsfahrzeugs – also um eine Spielfunktion innerhalb der Organisation.
Das Problem, das ich hierbei sehe, ist folgendes: Als regulärer Mitarbeiter der NG hatte ich keine Möglichkeit, diese organisationsinternen Regeln einzusehen. Weder im Regelwerk noch an einer anderen für normale Mitglieder zugänglichen Stelle konnte ich nachlesen, dass dieses Verhalten einen Regelverstoß darstellt oder welche Konsequenzen daraus entstehen können.
Aus meiner Sicht ist es problematisch, Spieler für Verstöße gegen Regeln zu sanktionieren, die für sie nicht öffentlich oder zumindest intern zugänglich sind. Ein Regelwerk erfüllt seinen Zweck nur dann, wenn die betroffenen Personen überhaupt die Möglichkeit haben, sich darüber zu informieren und ihr Verhalten entsprechend anzupassen. Ist dies nicht möglich, fehlt die notwendige Transparenz und Fairness.
Mir ist bewusst, dass Organisationen interne Abläufe und Vorgaben haben können. Diese sollten jedoch zumindest den Mitgliedern der jeweiligen Organisation vollständig zugänglich sein. Andernfalls besteht die Gefahr, dass Mitarbeiter unbewusst gegen Regeln verstoßen, von deren Existenz sie keine Kenntnis haben konnten.
Ich möchte außerdem betonen, dass sich meine Anfrage nicht auf IC-Gesetze oder allgemein einsehbare Serverregeln bezieht. Mir geht es ausschließlich um organisationsinterne Regelungen. In den mir zugänglichen Regelwerken konnte ich keinen Hinweis auf die betreffende Vorschrift finden.
Aus diesem Grund bitte ich darum, diesen Sachverhalt zu prüfen und eine faire Lösung zu finden. Meiner Meinung nach wäre es sinnvoll, organisationsinterne Regeln zentral und für alle Mitglieder der jeweiligen Organisation zugänglich zu machen. So könnten Missverständnisse vermieden werden und jeder hätte die Möglichkeit, sich vorab über die geltenden Vorgaben zu informieren.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn dieser Punkt unabhängig von meinem konkreten Fall betrachtet wird, da eine transparente Regelkommunikation letztlich allen Spielern zugutekommt und zu einem faireren Miteinander beiträgt.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the regulations of the state organizations.
First of all, I want to make it clear that this is not about challenging the suspension or the sanction itself. My concern is the way the sanction was issued and the circumstances surrounding it.
In my specific case, this concerns the NG organization. I was suspended and sanctioned for violating an internal organization rule. The alleged violation was changing the color of an organization vehicle, which is an in-game feature available within the organization.
The issue I have is that, as a regular member of NG, I had no way of accessing or reviewing the organization’s internal rules. There was no publicly available document, internal rulebook, or other accessible source where I could have learned that changing a vehicle’s color was prohibited or that doing so could result in disciplinary action.
In my opinion, it is unfair to punish players for violating rules that are not accessible to the people who are expected to follow them. A rule can only be followed if players have a reasonable opportunity to read and understand it beforehand. If the rules are unavailable or hidden from ordinary members, it creates a lack of transparency and makes it impossible to avoid unintentional violations.
I fully understand that every organization may have its own internal rules and procedures. However, those rules should at least be available to all members of that organization. Otherwise, players may unknowingly break rules they were never given the opportunity to read.
I would also like to emphasize that my complaint is not about IC laws or the general server rules. I am referring exclusively to the internal NG organization rules. I could not find any rule regarding this matter in the rulebooks that were available to me.
For this reason, I kindly ask you to review this situation and consider a fair solution. I believe it would be beneficial for all players if internal organization rules were made accessible to every member of the respective organization. This would improve transparency, prevent unnecessary misunderstandings, and ensure that sanctions are only issued for rules that members had a fair opportunity to know.
I hope this issue can be considered not only in relation to my individual case but also as a matter of fairness and consistency for all members of state organizations.
