Pubert was born and raised in houston texas in a low class neighborhood where financial struggles were common. growing up he watched his dad get shot to death by a branch of marabunta grande, ever since that he wanted revenge. over time he got trained how to shoot to fight and started smoking weed and sniffing coke and started to be involved with law enforcement alot but after sometime his own gang kicked him for disrespecting the highcommand and he was furious. now he had no where to go and was stuck from different foster homes and Juvies over 2 years he found a friend selling weed. and he started selling weed with him until he got caught and sent to jail. after he got out of jail he looked for revenge and changed his identity flew to Los Santos and became COP.
Career story
After graduating from the police academy pubert joined SAHP and quickly proved himself to be a capable officer his condidence during traffic stops and criminal investigation earned him the respect of fellow officers however the temtation of mone never truley disapeared as he encountered wealthy offenders who seemed willing to pay anything to avoid charges, he slowly began abusing his authority for personal gain at first the courption was minor accepting cash in exchange for overlooking violations From that point on Pubert carefully balanced his public image as a dedicated SAHP officer with his secret pursuit of profit always knowing that one mistake could cost him his badge his freedom, and his life.
Outcomes:
1. Pubert can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request, and refuse to show any type of ID.
2. Pubert can participate in illegal activities alone or with her family/friends in return for money. (100k max, nothing against script)
3. Pubert can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try searches for bodycam and /me destroys it, 2 times per situation).
