Additional information
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I want to become the Chief of LSPD because I want to make law enforcement roleplay more realistic, active, and enjoyable for everyone. I believe the department has the potential to do even better by increasing patrols, improving officer training quality ,and creating more roleplay opportunities with civilians, other government organizations, and criminal groups. My goal is to build an active and professional LSPD that people enjoy being a part of and interacting with.
2.2) To me, leadership is not about having a higher rank or simply giving instructions. It is about earning the respect of the people you work with and being someone they can rely on when they need guidance. If I were given the opportunity to lead, I would make it a priority to help newer officers adjust to the department by sharing my experience, answering their questions, and giving constructive feedback whenever needed. Every officer starts somewhere, and having someone willing to teach and support them can make a huge difference in their confidence and performance. I also believe that learning never stops, regardless of rank, so I would always be open to listening to suggestions and improving myself alongside the rest of the team. When officers feel supported and valued, they are more motivated to perform at their best, which ultimately benefits the entire department.
2.3) I also want to improve radio communication by ensuring officers use professional and realistic radio procedures instead of treating the department radio like casual voice chat. Clear communication is essential during patrols, pursuits, and emergency situations. To maintain high standards I will introduce fair but strict internal rules so every officer represents LSPD with professionalism, discipline and respect helping to improve the overall quality of law enforcement roleplay across the city.
2.4) To Maximize Synergy Across State Factions: The LSPD should never operate in isolation. My goal is to foster active communication and strategic cooperation with the FIB, SAHP, and USSS Through joint training exercises and shared tactical networks, we can present a unified legal front that effectively counters organized crime and secures the state.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 ) I want to improve teamwork both inside and outside of LSPD. Better communication between High Command and the rest of the department means everyone knows what's expected of them and important information doesn't get lost. I'd also like to see more joint trainings and operations with organizations like NG, EMS, and FIB. Working together not only prepares us for larger situations but also creates better and more realistic roleplay. At the end of the day, the goal is to build a department where officers enjoy working together, trust each other, and represent LSPD professionally.
3.2 ) My first priority would be expanding the HR team because many players are interested in joining LSPD, but there are often times when no HR member is available This would improve recruitment and activity
3.3 ) My second priority would be implementing a structured promotion system. Promotions should be based on achievements, activity, and performance rather than simple requests. Officers would submit their weekly achievements through Discord for evaluation.
3.4 ) My third priority would be strengthening the Training Officer program. I have personally trained many officers, which helped me understand their strengths and weaknesses. By appointing more Training Officers and conducting regular training sessions, we can improve professionalism and RolePlay quality within LSPD.
DEPARTMENTS
Public Relations (PR)
I want to keep a good relationship with all organizations because they are also part of the city. If we all work together it will be much easier to protect and help the citizens. I also want EMS to be involved in our special missions whenever it is possible. Our High Command should not hesitate to ask for their support because good teamwork between organizations always gives better results.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)
For SWAT I want to divide members into different teams so everyone knows their role during operations. Thrusters will be the main pushing team. They will wait for orders from High Command and if no order is given they will follow the instructions of the SWAT High Command. Watchers will focus on flanking instead of staying at the front of the fight. They will support the main team when needed and try to block or surprise criminals from different directions. Airborne members will mainly use the helicopter during operations. If a helicopter is not available they will work as Watchers until one is ready. They should always try to keep an air unit available because it gives us a better advantage during operations.
Traffic Enforcement (TE)
For Traffic Enforcement I want at least one unit to be on patrol or towing vehicles most of the time. They should also try to organize one tow operation and two checkpoints every day to improve traffic control. For Internal Affairs I believe choosing the right Head of Department is very important because the leader and deputies cannot interfere with their work. A responsible and trusted person can keep the department fair and professional.
Bureau of Investigation (IB)
The Investigation Bureau's main job will be to gather information and proof about criminals, especially during events and big problems. IB units will work closely with FIB to find and catch criminals who are wanted in Los Santos without uniform as an undercover cop.
This division will focus on bigger crimes by gathering information on and off duty to stop them before they happen. IB will look for proof that can help make more arrests and take away illegal things they can visit black market without uniform for searching car trunks and other stuff.
IB will also work more closely with SWAT on dangerous missions like drug busts and manhunts. This collaboration lets IB use SWAT help when they need it, and SWAT gets to do investigations with IB. With the right timing and armored vehicles, they can control situations more safely.
Internal Affairs (IA)
For Internal Affairs I believe choosing the right Head of Department is very important because the leader and deputies cannot interfere with their work.
A responsible and trusted person can keep the department fair and professional.
Human Resources and Training (HRT)
Cadets and Rookies are the future of the department, and LSPD can't grow in a good way without the right training.
HRT will focus on teaching both IC and OOC rules so that the organization doesn't get warnings or punishments.
Not every Rookie will be perfect, but starting with the right training can help them avoid gaps in knowledge that could cause problems later.
This also helps officers act professionally when they are with other groups and hold themselves to higher standards.
HRT will also work on improving recruitment by getting along better with LI. This will let them use live broadcasts for recruitment instead of just the state wave. Moving open recruitment to busy places, like near the Capitol building, could help get more people who want to join.
