First of all, hello esteemed senior administrator. The player I reported was permanently blacklisted on the EN2 server on 09/06/2026. As you can see in the evidence I provided, he continues to play the game with account ID 211104, which is clear evidence of ban evasion, as he even used the same last name. I am only requesting an IP address check from you because this person was previously banned from the EN2 server and purchased an account. It is also clear from the evidence that the account he purchased was previously played by another player; you will be able to see this when you check. And in the main evidence, he speaks Turkish on the beach market; the previous owner of this account was not a Turkish player, which is very clear evidence. Esteemed senior administrator, when you check this forum and perform an IP address check, you will see different IP logins. Thank you for taking the time to read this. The nickname of the player who received the blacklist penalty is: Elti III ID-158521 and the name of the account he is currently using to evade the ban is: Lilly III ID-211104

As can be gathered from the audio in the video featuring the account's previous owner, they are not a Turkish national.

You can see here that the account was permanently banned, and subsequently, that it violated the ban evading rule by returning to the game under the "lilly III" account.
