life story:
Shubham Rorr was born in a poor family near the Sandy Shores Hospital. Shubham’s father was a policeman, but he could not make enough money to feed the family. His father owed money, so he left the police department and opened a juice shop. The business had a good start but after some time the price of fruit went up because of heavy snow and the business lost a lot of money. The debts were piling up and the family was in dire financial straits.
Shubham Rorr family was in a financial crisis and they started to do illegal things to earn more money and become rich in the city. As their profits grew, they decided to form a gang. They officially formed the gang a few days later and got heavily involved in criminal activities, robbing civilians, taking hostages, robbing stores and growing cannabis plantations to earn even more money. However, as their business grew, law enforcement started to interfere with their illegal business. Shubham Rorr became a police officer to safeguard his family’s interests and keep them out of trouble.

Shubham Rorr began his criminal career with family. At first he and his gang of friends were into fights and robberies. Later he took over running his family’s cannabis plantations, which were a big source of income. But as police pressure on the family’s operations increased, Shubham Rorr decided to train for a career in the police. He studied hard and with the help of a dirty officer he managed to join SAHP. Shubham Rorr joined SAHP and worked hard, steadily earning promotions up the ladder. Eventually his dedication got him a spot in the High Command. When he got to High Command he wanted to expand his families criminal enterprise in the city. He was an officer, but secretly he helped his family by being corrupt and using his position to protect and build up their criminal operations.
1. Shubham Rorr can kill and rob others while off duty in and out of the ghetto. (Outside of the ghetto only if they don't follow demands.)
2. Shubham Rorr can use Truth Serum by injecting people to obtain information (twice per situation).
3. Shubham Rorr can lie about calling a lawyer and may deny a lawyer request if he wants to process a 10-15.
4. Shubham Rorr can make an offer for bribes up to 100K and illegal items by becoming a LEO hostage. (With proper RP reasons.)
5. Shubham Rorr can detain anyone on a false charge and then demand a bribe or their weapons in exchange for release. (100K max and with proper RP.)
6. Shubham Rorr can delete previously committed crimes of an individual in exchange for money or to save themselves from case files (Upto 100k).
7. Shubham Rorr can search suspects for their bodycams and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (Using /try only 2 times per situation.)
8. Shubham Rorr can accept bribes upto 100k and firearms also help the prisoners escape by taking orders from darknet.
9. Shubham Rorr can add and remove wanted of an individual with an IC reason.
