Hello Project Curator,
I would like to report what happened regarding the Family War because I believe our family has been treated unfairly.
Our family, Marlboro, followed every rule that was requested from us. We submitted all required POVs on time, and there were no missing recordings. We participated in the Family War, won our match fairly, and advanced to the next round.
After that, another family opened a forum complaint stating that we should not have been allowed to participate because of an administrative mistake from the previous round.
A curator reviewed that report and clearly stated that the admin responsible had made a mistake and would be punished. At that time, no action was taken against our family, so we continued preparing for the next round, spending time, money, and resources for the event.
Two days later, after we had already played and won another Family War, the opposing family submitted another forum report. As a result, they were advanced instead of us, and our family was removed from the tournament.
This decision punished our family for an administrative mistake that we did not make. We never exploited anything, never hid any POVs, and never violated any Family War rules. We simply participated because we were allowed to participate by the administration.
If an administrative mistake occurred, it should not result in innocent players losing their place after already winning another official match. We invested significant time preparing for these wars, used our resources, and celebrated a legitimate victory, only to have it taken away because of an issue completely outside of our control.
We respectfully ask you to review this case once again. We are not asking for special treatment; we are only asking for a fair decision. Our family should not be punished for an administrative error when we followed every rule and acted in good faith throughout the entire tournament.
