Hello,
I am writing to respectfully request an appeal regarding my permanent ban, which was issued on January 5.
The reason for what happened is that my account was hacked, and during that time it was used in ways that violated the server rules. After considerable effort, I was able to recover my account, and I am now the only person with access to it.
I completely understand the reason for the ban and I respect the administration's decision. However, I kindly ask you to give me one final chance to return to the server, especially since I have secured my account to ensure that this situation will never happen again.
I sincerely promise to follow all server rules, respect the staff and all players, and make sure that no similar issue ever occurs in the future.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I truly hope you will accept my appeal and give me another opportunity.
