As seen on the bodycam, they don't engage in fear RP at first, but later on, meta-gaming is done.

After reviewing the POV, I will be rejecting this forum for the following reasons:
At 0:18, you spotted the two cars next to each other, which belonged to the family. Then, at 0:29, one of the cars began approaching your group. At 0:33–0:34, you gave them a demand to pull over, which they complied with. They exited the vehicle wearing armour, challenged you, and two additional family members in the back, who were also armed, began shooting.
Your gang lost the fight after being challenged, which they had every right to do. They had four armed members, and your gang initiated the interaction by giving them demands first. By choosing to give a demand after seeing them together from the outset, your gang accepted the risk that they could respond as a group.
Based on the evidence provided, I do not see any FearRP or Metagaming (MG). The MG allegation does not make sense because they remained together from the first moment you saw them and the 2 family members stayed back potentially calling for backup. There is no evidence of MG or FearRP here you simply challenged them and lost the fight.
