I was at a Store Robbery event and Player ID:212684 downed me (ER1.11) and 0000 did GR.6.13
and Cause of that i missed the event.
All in POV as per timestamp In POV:
one shot fired at me while i was still outside at: 1:43
Downed me while i was still outside parameter at: 3:57
Note* : there were many rule breakers present there

there were multiple players, including some LSPD officers, repeatedly moving in and out of the event zone, which made it difficult to accurately determine who was inside or outside the circle at that moment. My actions were based on what I observed from my POV during the event.
