Rafael was born in Turkey Rafael who was living a destitute life in Ankara was rummaging through the trash one day in search of food when he came across a piece of paper it was a ticket for a flight to Los Santos scheduled for three days later when the time came Rafael hopped on his bicycle his only possession and headed to the airport to start a new life eventually landing in Los Santos
Rafael felt like a stranger having no money to get to the city center his only option was to beg by begging at the airport for a week he managed to gather enough money to take a taxi and rent a hotel room he went to the hotel and fell into a deep sleep upon waking he realized he needed to work and decided to become a taxi driver after saving some money he left the taxi business to venture into commerce and together with his friends they continued to multiply their wealth
One day, Rafael joined to LSPD he loved there and he got just 14 rank he left to LSPD he go to the SAHP he got 12 rank then he said "I can get more rank!" he joined to NG with 20 and then he joined to FIB with 25 rank next he did come back to LSPD w,th 27 rank, he learned the rules and he wanna be a corrupt!
1. Rafael can help suspects/ prisoners to escape from jail and from custody. ( by taking orders from darknet)
2. Rafael can become hostage and ask for 100k
3. Rafael can lie/ deny a lawyer or any request made by 10-15 and arrest him without reading his Miranda rights
4 . Rafael can put peoples in an isolation room who cause him trouble or if is disturbing him while processing 10-15.
5. Rafael can Refuse to show ID to any Citizens/10-15 or any LEO to hide his corruption activity.
6. Rafael can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with his family members/ friends. ( No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ
