Habibi Deppon was born in Los Santos in a family that worked for their lives. When Habibi Deppon was little he wanted to become a Government official for him that he thought that he can make the city better and canhelp all of the citizens that are living in Los Santos. Went to a school where he learned all about the law, and how the government functions before he entered the government and began working as employee for the government.
From the beginning Habibi Deppon worked as a regular government official and obeyed all the orders from the superiors.. Later on he noticed that the bigger politicians and successful business men have been cheating on the system and are abusing their power. He noticed that the men that possess the power and money can do any given thing, while men that only work and do what it's asked don't receive any acknowledgment for it.
Then a certain event had happened to Habibi Deppon that has completely changed him.. He was blamed for something he did not do. Even after they found out that it was not Habibi Deppon they were looking for nobody apologized and nobody stood up for Habibi Deppon.
This changed Habibi Deppon a lot.
He has decided that if all the other citizens in Los Santos can use the system to get what they want, then why can't Habibi Deppon do the same thing.
As Habibi Deppon got more promoted and saw information he began gaining political influence. Then Habibi Deppon got acquainted with some guys and some not so good guys and would accept money from them in secret if they ask for something in return..
Habibi Deppon was seeming as a regular working government official in the eyes of the citizens. In the back Habibi Deppon took advantage of the situation and obtained what he wished. He always made sure nobody discovered what he was doing and people were thinking that Habibi Deppon is still working as a man
