The thing is how do we trust the person if actually there was an electricity cut or he is lying just to avoid rp situation? If this excuse will start getting considered then everyone will misuse it. They will just go and turn down the MCB of there house or turn off the wifi and make pov and get saved from rp situation. Thats why this excuse is not considered and the player will get punished.
