Additional information
1. Leader of San Andreas National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a) I want to be leader of the National Guard because I want to be the one to change the reputation and mindset of the soldiers in the organization, this is crucial as of experience I have had with NG units in the city.
b) I want to use all of my City 1 knowledge in City 3 as an advantage to help the organization significantly by bringing over proven functional systems for Hire, Org Processes and even event response time.
c) last but not least i want to make NG a safe space for newcomers in the city to come and learn about the LEO life and legislation before eventually stepping into the real LEO life. This is due to past experience even for myself when i got started in City 1 that I regret not going to NG before stepping into orgs like LSPD or SAHP.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Improve the departments in the org by bringing good HODs and securing that HRT maintains the training program as equally for every soldier as possible, i also want to host frequent trainings with other orgs to ensure fully operational equipment and to build confidence during real situations. Org relations is a really important factor for me and therefore i want to maintain a good relationship with all orgs.
I would also be quick to hire a lot of people, once I am finished with that ill leave the base along side my deputies who will schedule meetings with other orgs leaders to make not only a good first impression but also start a good working relationship early.
Note.
I am aware that i might not have as much experience in City 3 as you would like but i can assure you that i am really motivated to fix the org and i truly believe that my City 1 experience might be exactly what the org needs to change its ways.
