2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been an active member in the Grand Roleplay project for over 4 years, during this time I have achieved a lot within EN3 and have made many friends along the way who would describe me as someone to have fun with and confide in me. I have been LSPD leader 3 times, my last term ended shortly due to issues with my discord which have now been resolved. Prior to this issue I led a successful term being the most active LEO term within the city at the time, I want to be able to achieve this again and lead a successful and active term in FIB.
I would be honored to known as Barney Hayes | Director, I have learned lots of skills and gained much knowledge in my terms as leader in LSPD and Deputies in FIB and LSPD. I aim to build and lead 2 successful terms and complete the raid season with as many raids as possible. I want to build upon the legacy previous leaders have made and ensure FIB remains the best state organisation in Los Santos with the most active, professional agents.
My last reason for applying for FIB is because I want to prove myself as a leader, I have learnt from mistakes I have made in the past and know what it takes to be a great leader. I strongly believe that as the Director of FIB I can bring fun to the Leo roleplay whilst still being a professional organisation. LEO roleplay is my favourite way to play this great server and I want to make it fun for returning players, new players and veterans alike.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Extensive training of scenarios that we as LEOs may face, this will be to ensure each agent knows what to expect and can perform under pressure to get it absolutely correct.
- I will make improvements to the standards of professionalism within the High Command structure by seeing to the fact that all High Command agents offer punishments in a fair and just way, maintaining the fact that all High Command will be fair and no favoritism when it comes to their friends.
- We as FIB will actively do joint operations with the other state organizations to conduct operations such as BM raids, Border Patrols, Ghetto Patrols and Gang raids. We will keep up to date with all leaders and deputies to maintain a good working relationship with the other organizations to avoid any toxicity.
Over the years, I've consistently demonstrated my ability to overcome challenges, build strong teams, and drive meaningful improvements within the server. My passion for this role, paired with my leadership experience, gives me the confidence to lead FIB towards greater success while amplifying its impact on the server.
I'm committed to supporting the integrity of FIB and creating an environment where every player can thrive, raising the overall standard of roleplay and professionalism. I’m genuinely excited about the chance to serve as the leader of FIB and help shape the future of this organization.
