Dear Lebron,
I was banned on the 7.11.2026 for Mass allg 1.4 and Banevading
But i think that there is a misunderstanding here that i can explain
Mass 1.4 Explanation:
I was banned for Mass 1.4 by the Deputy Chief Admin, Kathi Tired, but the problem is that these are not my accounts.
My brother also plays on Grand Rp, and he created those accounts himself. I had the same problem back in 2023, when I was banned because the admins thought those were my two accounts. My brother and I share the same IP address, and Kathi even said herself on Discord that she thinks these accounts belong to me.
I wanted to talk with her, and my brother was also supposed to join. We had a meeting scheduled for 22:30, but she canceled it and still said that she thinks all of those accounts are mine and talked with someone named Syro an now ex Admin of Grand RP and that he has Proof.
I will attach the Discord chats and translate them into English because we wrote in German.
Ban Evading Explanation:
Kathi Tired said that I would have been banned for ban evading if those werent my accounts because she has proof that I played on one of the accounts. However, it doesn't make sense to me. Why would I banevade when I was only banned for one week? and i dont even have Access on those Accounts.
I have proof that I have a brother, and I will attach all the photos below showing that he is the rightful owner of these accounts and that I have no access to them or have anything to do with them. Back in 2023 I also did not have access to those accounts.
Kathi also said that an ex-admin named Syro helped me create a new forum account. However, he only gave me the information, which I then passed on to my brother, who had never had a forum account before. My brother wrote the unban appeal for anticheat#934 himself but he is now also banned für mass 1.4. I was never logged into or used that forum account.
I will also attach a photo of my PC showing Kathi's chat and a photo of my brother's PC showing Kathi's chat, his forum account, his Steam account, and his Social Club account to prove that it was not me. You can clearly see that my brother has a completely different setup than I have. I even showed the PC names, but blurred parts of them because they contain private information. I will also send a photo in of our Setup's that you can see the diffrence clearly.
For Lebron especially:
Fabian Grace said in my last unban appeal that he has proof, but I don't know that proof because if I don't know the proof, I can't get my proof to go against it.
I then wrote him on Discord and I asked for the proof, and he said I wrote it in the thread, and it only states that he has evidence and it's because of the forum account that I gave my brother, even though I only gave him the data and was never on the forum account. My brother was on the forum account and wrote the unban appeal all by himself. I don't know what I should do about it. I just want to play on my favorite server again, and I feel like my hands are tied because I don't even have the chance to send the right evidence that I need to send to get unbanned, or at least get to know the real evidence and not the forum account, and that forum account ain't even mine.

you are my last hope to give me a chance and look a bit closer at my case. I dont even know the evidence that is being used against me, so I dont even get a real chance to defend myself. It just feels like im getting left out without even being able to explain my side.
I have proof that I have a brother and that he owns all of those accounts, including the forum account. Im not asking you to just believe me, I just want one fair chance to show my proof and explain everything. I really miss playing on my favorite server and I really hope you can give me that chance. I only know the Forum and i only gave my Brother data so that he could write the unbanappeal himself i was never in that Forum Account.
