Hello dear higher up admin,
As you can see this two mentioned ID 176639-239793 abusing their corrupt bios. You cant force a person to have RP. I didnt do anything wrong and the ID 176639 did VDM to me and maybe he gonna tease me while I was down? They trying to arrest me without any RP situation. Clear to see that they were targeting low ID people to earn cash. And I got fine to my Ferrari Italia F458 while I was in race. Maybe they know who am I and maybe they know how am I rich from my forum videos? I need clarifacition for that.
