2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1
Having spent a lot of time in both legal factions and illegal families, I’ve gained a unique perspective of the server. I know exactly what makes roleplay fun for criminals, and I also understand the struggles legal officers face daily. My goal is to use the FIB's powerful capabilities not just to punish, but to create balanced, high-quality roleplay scenarios that both sides can actually enjoy.
2.2
I feel like the biggest issue with state organizations right now is the lack of proper communication. As the FIB Director, I want to establish active partnerships with LSPD, SAHP, SANG, and EMS that go way beyond simple radio chatter. By creating joint intelligence channels and providing tactical backup, we can make sure all state agencies work together as one solid team.
2.3
Through my previous experience in leadership roles, I’ve learned that a faction only succeeds when the team believes in the fairness of its high command. I will enforce a transparent promotion system in FIB based strictly on activity, effort, and roleplay quality meaning absolutely no favoritism. When agents know their hard work pays off, it naturally boosts morale and professionalism.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1
We aren't just going to give new recruits their rank right after they pass the interview and leave them to figure things out on their own. Instead, they will go through a comprehensive training phase. We will closely monitor this entire process alongside the Human Resources and Internal Affairs departments to make absolutely sure that every single agent has the necessary skills and confidence to handle field operations before they officially receive their rank.
3.2
Instead of randomly introducing new rules, assigning sudden tasks to departments, or constantly messing with agents' ranks on random days, we will plan the entire upcoming week every weekend. Any changes will be announced and implemented on that specific day. This way, we will prevent our agents from getting confused by sudden changes, and we will avoid breaking the administrative order and overall discipline of the faction.
3.3
FIB will not selfishly plan operations and raids entirely on its own. We will actively communicate with all other state organizations to coordinate and find the most suitable times for raids. This ensures that other factions won't get squeezed out of their own individual tasks like Ghetto Patrols and will have the breathing room to perform their duties much more smoothly and efficiently.
3.4
FIB will constantly develop new and different tactics for active operations. Instead of doing the same repetitive things like holding the roof at every store robbery to shoot from above, or just aiming our weapons at hostage situations and waiting for the suspects to leave, the High Command of the JTTF department will create new tactics daily and brief the entire faction. This way, criminals will face a real challenge when trying to escape, and we will all get to experience fresh and creative roleplay scenarios instead of the same old routines.
