He got punished for GZ 1.1 but he broke more rules than gz 1.1

He killed me on 13th July at the same place here is the proof DM he also broke the rule Gz 1.1 but he didn't get punished
after that he has been targeting me the entire week I went to the casino, he talked to me again 2 days later and this happened which is called Revenge killing ----
he received a punishment of gz 1.1 but before this accident he was targeting me massively here we go a threat, harassment non stop also Provoking me there

after he killed me he came to me acting weirdly it's not allowed to do amoral actions GR 6.8 here is the proof


I mean after I got killed someone healed me there, after that i killed him and his friend I admit it

Seriously it's no longer playing a game he has been harassing me he accepts to go to the jail he doesn't care if you listen to my povs He is accepting every jail time. He wants to kill me non stop next day I go to the casino I will encounter him and he will do the same thing and he will receive only one penalty I mean as you see he isn't scared of being punished.
