Lucas grew up in the ghetto, where many gunshots rang out daily. Going to school was a tough, and risky task, and his parents worried deeply about him whenever he left the house. One day, their house got raided by the FIB after hearing that they have drugs. All of it was confiscated, and they were left homeless as their dad got arrested, and his mum did not have a job. Ever since that incident, Lucas swore he would get revenge. So he joined the gang life, and started as a rookie slowly climbing up the ranks of the gang. He was enjoying life, he didn't have any worries, until the gang leader called him. They needed him to be an insider for the LEOs. Lucas was SHOCKED by this, and was extremely happy as he always wanted to know how it feels to be a cop who participates in crime. After turning 15, he joined the SAHP to begin his tasks...
Career Story: (100–350 words)
Lucas quickly joined SAHP and completed his training with flying colors. He became a trooper and joined the S.W.A.T team to improve his shooting skills for what was about to come next. The cops did not suspect anything. He quickly befriended everyone and was very quiet, so everyone thought that he was just a innocent trooper who doesn't do much, but little did they know that it would change quickly. He wanted to find the FIB agents that raided his house and ruined his whole childhood, but he knew to do that, he would have to climb up the ranks. He quickly started handing out intel for the gangs after successfully passing his training, and helping them in different situations and events. No one suspected a thing, and it was all going apart of the plan.
Outcomes:
1. Lucas can deny rights to a lawyer, lie about calling one and refuse to show any identification.
2. Lucas can remove peoples criminal background or remove their wanted stars / remove their warrant in exchange for a bribe (either 100k or equivalent in weaponry)
3. Lucas can find and destroy bodycams to ensure he does not get caught. (/try searches for bodycam, /do destroys it and only TWICE per situation)
4. Lucas can take bribes (100K MAX) as well as rob people
5. Lucas can take contracts or start random prison breaks (through darknet or the USB once a day)
6. Lucas can release friends or families from custody and can assist them in escaping arrest or escaping solitary.
7. Lucas can act like a criminal, being able to ghetto clap with friends/families, as well as buying, selling and using illegal items on and off duty (No ghetto clapping in uniform or entering ghetto whilst on duty, SR 5.5 applies)
8. Lucas can arrest someone for fake charges or take them hostage if he severely does not like them (nothing too severe)
9. Lucas can remove or change peoples prison sentence and reduce their fines in exchange for money (UP TO 100K)
10. Lucas can cuff, torture and break the bodycams of other LEOs to save friends/families/other civilians. (no targeting and no PG)
