My name is Flexxyyy Wavy, and my Passport ID is 248872.
First of all, I would like to clarify that I am not accusing Administrator Biomask of personally targeting me. My concern is regarding the fairness and consistency of how my case was handled, along with the repeated actions of the player Harsh Thakur (Passport ID: 218508).
This is the forum report filed against me:
On consideration - GR 3.1 + GR 3.2 + GR 3.3 | 248872
I respectfully request that a Senior Administrator review the complete situation instead of only the evidence submitted in that report.
The POV uploaded by Harsh does not show the full incident. Before the recording began, I was going off duty inside DOC when he repeatedly provoked me and used abusive language towards my family. Unfortunately, I was not recording at that time, so I do not have a POV of the events that happened before his recording started.
One of my department members, Avesh Badmash, was present during the incident and witnessed what happened before the clip began.
I also mentioned in my forum reply that the submitted video appeared to be edited or trimmed and did not contain the complete context. I believe both sides should have been given an opportunity to provide all available evidence before such a serious punishment was issued.
Additionally, while reviewing the uploaded POV, I noticed that the reporter appears to be undercover while driving an organization vehicle. I leave it to the administration to determine whether that is relevant.
This forum report was rejected because of an incorrect title/format without giving the reporter time to correct it:
Rejected - Fail RP + Fear RP | 173615
However, in the report against me:
On consideration - GR 3.1 + GR 3.2 + GR 3.3 | 248872
the reporter was given several hours to edit and correct the report before it was accepted and processed.
I completely respect the administration's discretion, but I would genuinely like to understand why different standards were applied. I am not asking for special treatment—I only request that every player be given the same opportunity under the same rules.
Whenever I create a ticket requesting permission to host an event, I am usually told "Ask later." Most of the time, regardless of which administrator handles the ticket, the response is simply to ask later. However, I have noticed that when legal organizations or gangs request permission to host events, they are often approved.
I kindly request that you review my ticket history. My concern is not about one specific ticket but about a repeated pattern. I simply want equal treatment and the same opportunity as everyone else.
I respectfully request a review of my 14-day ban. If, after reviewing all the evidence and circumstances, the punishment is still considered appropriate, I will respect the final decision.
However, if you believe the decision was made without the complete context, I kindly request that my ban be removed.

I was DOC minister when i got banned i am not in org anymore i acheived that position by my hardwork and just 1 sec end my hardwork
