1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been playing on the project over an year and have been enjoying every moment in game. I love to help others on this server and give positive vibes in the server. I have been playing on this server for long time by which I understood the rules and how the server works and also after participating in all the organization and i have leaded the team in most of the events which also made me learn the Event Rules also i have gained lot of experience in the server which would allow me to be a part of admin team.
Also I would like to become an admin of grandRP for no fewer reasons then to help the community, setting to gain authority, enforce rules, help the community thrive, and move from player to decision maker and also wanting to ensure fair play, maintain order, and create a better environment for everyone and when people break the servers rules it's diminishing the server, somewhat like metal, metal will rust overtime without care, but with people there to clean the metal it won't rust. What I'm trying to say is admins need to keep the server clean so it wont "rust" thats my dedication, to keep what has been worked on for so long in the best shape possible.
I have good experience in both state and crime organizations, where I’ve worked in high command ranks which helped me learn leadership and management skills. I am a very active player, usually online for around 12–13 hours a day. I always try my best to help players and keep the city running smoothly. I really enjoy being part of the team, and I want to continue contributing in a better way as an Admin.

I solve the problem in cool mind, quick learner, being honest, informative, a good explainer and accepting mistakes.
3. What are your weaknesses?
Trust someone easily, gets into other words, overthinking.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Being as admin, my main goal would be help the new players in the city and try my best to help my seniors as I will be very active all the day, i have better decision making skills, bring positive impact
