1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an administrator because my perspective on the server has shifted. Over time, I have moved from wanting to experience the game as a character to wanting to contribute to the community as a facilitator.
I’ve realized that while playing a character is fun, the real backbone of this server is the quality of its moderation and the fairness of its environment. I want to transition from RP-life to an administrative role because I find greater satisfaction in resolving issues, maintaining order, and ensuring that everyone else has the high-quality experience I’ve always valued.
By becoming an admin, I can step away from the limitations of a single character and start focusing on the 'bigger picture'—protecting the server's integrity, guiding new players, and helping to uphold the rules that make this community great. I am ready to trade my personal character's goals for the collective goal of keeping the server fair, balanced, and immersive for every single player.
I have good experience in both state and crime organizations, where I’ve worked in high command ranks which helped me learn leadership and management skills. I am a very active player, usually online for around 12–13 hours a day. I always try my best to help players and keep the city running smoothly. I really enjoy being part of the team, and I want to continue contributing in a better way as an Admin.

"My greatest strengths are my impartiality and patience in conflict resolution, which allow me to stay calm and objective under pressure. Additionally, I am a very fast learner who can quickly master new administrative tools. I also believe in continuous improvement, as I always take responsibility for my actions and learn valuable lessons from my past mistakes to ensure I don't repeat them."
3. What are your weaknesses?
My biggest weakness is that I sometimes have a tendency to be a perfectionist, especially when it comes to handling tickets and resolving disputes. I want every case to be handled perfectly and every player to be fully satisfied, which can sometimes make me spend more time on a single task than necessary. However, I have learned to balance this by setting time limits for myself, ensuring that I maintain both high quality and efficiency in my work
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring a combination of strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep knowledge of the server mechanics.
Firstly, my ability to remain objective allows me to handle disputes efficiently, ensuring that rules are enforced consistently without bias. Secondly, I have strong technical adaptability; I can quickly learn new administrative tools and systems to process tickets faster. Finally, I bring a collaborative mindset. I understand that the admin team succeeds through teamwork, so I am highly skilled at communicating clearly with other staff members to ensure we are all aligned in maintaining the server's integrity.
