Hello Lebron,
Yesterday, I received a ban on the DE3 server for "Rage Cheating (RS)." I was completely baffled as to why I was accused of rage cheating on the RS server, given that I hadn't cheated or done anything of the sort. I had undergone a PC check where the result came back positive simply because I had the Event Viewer disabled. I understood that outcome and accepted the 60-day ban, but I don't understand why I’ve now received a permanent ban for rage cheating when I never actually cheated. The Curator of Administration for Server 3 said: "As long as your ban on RS is active, you remain banned. So, get your RS ban sorted out." I am asking for your help, Lebron, because I can no longer play on the DE3 server—which has always been my main server—simply because of a "Rage Cheating" ban on the RS server, even though I don't cheat.
Please help me.
