i was attending a car race event after completing half track of the race and reaching the Highways there was some barricades and one SAHP guy stun me saying nothing

This is a Checkpoint, you crashed into the barricades and then tried reversing away. per IC law we can stop you.

And dosent matter there was no RP done. as you can see in POV i was shot using a stun gun,i didnt even mention that he didnt even said i am going to cuff you
nothing will happen to your org, he will just get a small jail time ig

He doesn’t have to tell you that he is cuffing you, the checkpoint is the RP. In your own POV you are seen crashing and then trying to leave.
