Hello Dear Higher Ups Bobby, Floki, and Adham,
I am writing this message because I have serious concerns regarding the way my forum complaints have been handled by Administrator Rich Zain.
I initially submitted a complaint against a player for a rule break. It was rejected because my POV was only 9 seconds long, and I was instructed to provide a longer recording. I accepted that decision and submitted a new complaint with a 2 minute and 21 second POV, making sure to follow the instructions I was given.
However, my second complaint was rejected for the exact same reason, stating that the POV was still not long enough. What concerns me even more is that the complaint was rejected approximately one minute after it was submitted. Since the video itself is 2 minutes and 21 seconds long, I do not understand how the entire POV could have been reviewed before the decision was made.
Because of this, I have started to question whether my complaint received a proper and impartial review. I have attached both forum complaints so that you can compare them yourselves.
I want to be transparent about how I feel. Based on these circumstances, I have begun to suspect that Administrator Rich Zain may not be handling my reports fairly. I cannot say with certainty that there is corruption or favoritism, as I do not have evidence to prove that. However, the repeated rejection after I followed the instructions, together with the apparent lack of time to fully review the evidence, has caused me to lose confidence in the fairness of the review process.
For that reason, I respectfully request that one of the higher administration members personally review both of my complaints, the attached POV, and the rejection reasons. If everything was handled correctly, I will accept the outcome. However, if the review was incomplete or not conducted according to the server's standards, I kindly ask that appropriate action be taken.
