Note: During that period, I was taken into a full PC Check by Senior Administrator Harry King. During this inspection, he strictly verified and listed all the accounts linked to my Rockstar Games Social Club account. If I had violated GR 1.4 by creating multiple accounts, it would have easily been detected right then and there
