2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be a Families leader because I've served as a deputy in 5 different terms. I've gained a lot of experience managing events. Since I've managed so many events, I believe I can lead a gang. ensure the gang is active in all events and to take control of the ghetto. I want to achieve this goal.
2.2 I want to maximize the bonus amount to prioritize illegal activities, allowing members to earn good income. I'll also try to keep the spray bonus high through spray work in the ghetto striving to be a strong competitor to other gangs.
2.3 In addition to all my goals, I will strive for 100% turf with a strong team all of whom will be experienced individuals, enabling us to produce higher quality work I also have better ideas regarding activity and my team and I are ready to do everything to achieve this goal our efforts will take us to the top I am here to be a leader of families, solving members problems providing motivation and playing a major role in their effective work.

3.1 Increasing the number of events significantly impacts the role playing situation, allowing the player to have more fun and earn more loot.
3.2 The biggest factor in improving the gang's performance is the ranking system and prioritizing individuals who are knowledgeable skilled, and active.
3.3 I believe it is beneficial to prevent abuse of power ensure activity foster respect among members and most importantly prioritize teamwork and I will implement these measures.
