While the player 254088 was still engaged in a shootout with me during the robbery, he used F1, went home, re-armed, and returned, attempting to gain an unfair advantage in the conflict. He successfully continued for 10-15, but just as I was about to arrest him, he used F1 again. You can see the previous procedures and exactly at what stage he used F1 in the upper left corner.
