2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I have spent a lot of time working for the NG. I have learned a lot of experience. As the head of PR I was able to build a strong team and make our department one of the best. Even i got x1 Medal of honour & x2 Medal of best service. The NG is an organization but I think we can do even better. The NG is well known and respected but some leaders have not been able to show how great it really is, I want to change this. The NG is to show people that it is not about fighting it is about being strong working together and being disciplined. The NG is a symbol of discipline, strength and unity. Under my leadership I will make sure the NG is the active and respected group, in the city. I want the NG to be an example for others to follow.
2.2 I have been working with the State for a year now. I have been moving up to positions. I keep working and I want to get better at RP. This helps me to become a leader. I have not been the leader of an organization yet. I used to be a MG in the NG. This has given me the confidence to take on a responsibility like this. The NG has taught me how to work with people and get them to work together. I know how to build relationships with others. I want to make sure everyone follows the rules and is active. I also want to make sure everyone is professional. I also want to be friends with everyone, in the city. I think that if we all work together and try our best we can make the NG the best it can be.
2.3 I know how to put measures in place to prevent rule breaking in our system. My time in the NG has also shown me ways to create interesting RP scenarios that help everyone. I care deeply about the NG. Want to do more. If I'm given a leadership role I'll work hard to make NG stronger. I want NG to be an organization that not has discipline but also supports and unites everyone. My goal is to keep the NG respected and a leader in RP excellence, in the city. I want to make sure it stays active and strong. I really want to make this happen.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 We will always work well with groups in the state so people respect us. I will make sure every person in the NG is professional when they meet with people from other state groups. I will also make sure our members want to help with jobs and come to events all the time. These jobs are important to keep our NG active and strong. The NG will be the best because we will work together be professional and try our best. We want the NG to be an example for all state organizaition, in the city.
3.2 I want to make my team members happy by working with them. I will use my pocket money to pay them. My goal is to make them happy so they enjoy working with me. I don't want them to say they need to leave or transfer after being told by our human capital team that they have to go. I will try to ensure they are happy and not sad while working with me. It's not about the money but also, about building a good friendship.
3.3 The most important thing, for me is that if I get the NG term there will be no favoritism and no corruption. One more thing if I get the chance I will make the NG the most active organization. I really want to see the NG become a place where everything's fair and people work together to get things done.

Human Resource & Training (HR&T)
- This Department will look out for the people who wants to join, hire them and give them training from basics.
Military Police (MP)
- This Department will keep check on people, does the patrolling on base to look out for any illegal activities and will be guarding the gates while looking out for people doing FZ Raid.
Specialized Armed Support Division (SASD)
- Trained shooters for combat based situation.
Air Force (AF)
- This Department has people with good pilot skills so they can scout the base from above.
Public Relations (PR)
- hosting PR events and interaction with citizens.
