2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 EMS is my first legal organization which i joined at the age of 05. Since my first day in EMS and till now its been more than 1.8 years in EMS. I am officially a part of 18 EMS term. In these 18 Term i observed that how EMS is working, what is the role of EMS in city. And how we can do more better in EMS. Now i finally decide to be become a leader of EMS and want to bring better revolution in EMS. And want to make the EMS is most active Organization in city just like as usually it was, Where the citizen can take the help from the EMS faster. And we will share the EMS exp to other doctors so they will do more better and help the EMS and citizens.
2.2 With the help of my experience in EMS, i learn a lot of new things in EMS a lot of changes i see, so I want to make the EMS on very good condition. With the help of my experience i will make sure that EMS is doing good taking parts in all kind of events where the EMS needs. And will make the good impact so the future of EMS in good hands. And EMS will get good exp doctors in the future.
2.3 From a long time there is so many blood donation camps are going on a lot of surgery and some other camps but its gonna be happen in some days. So if i got the chance to make the EMS in good condition again i will make sure that we are gonna organize that such camp like (Blood/Therapy Sessions) and will be able to do the surgery on most of the times. And make a good relation with the doctor and citizen so they will love to come back in EMS again. And i will make sure that those who are EX doctors of EMS will come back and make the org in better conditions and make it more active by doing the events and attending the global situations and other events where the EMS needs.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3.1 In the EMS i see a lot of things like corruption/Favoritism in some terms. so if i got the chance to be become a leader of EMS so i will make sure that there is no corruption/Favoritism will happen in my term. Those people are getting the rank through the corruption/Favoritism that doctors are not coming back they are here for the ranks and they dont want to be a part of good RP.
3.2 As i tell that we have the opportunity that we can organize the blood donation camps, therapy sessions and the surgery. As doctor we are doing that but not on big scale so if i got the chance then i will make that we will organize that camps daily on some particular times and perform a good quality Role Play so that citizen will not get board and they will visit the EMS with a good smile.
3.3 As i already said that i see the corruption/Favoritism in some terms i was in EMS from like 1.8 years. so i know that if a person will get the ranks through the corruption/Favoritism so that person will not perform good Role play and he thinks that he will get the ranks again just like this. And this is the main reason that other EX doctors are not coming back in EMS. Because they are doing work and gain a good rank but when the see that like others are getting rank while not doing hard work so they are leaving and not coming back. If i got the chance then i will try my 100% that i will bring max EX doctors again in EMS.
Main Rules for improving the EMS and Role Plays.
1. Do max Blood Donation camps and surgery and take part in Max RP situations.
2. Make a good friendly and professionalism Environment.
3. Add some new training sessions for the new Doctors and old Doctors so they can improve more.
4. Attend all the events where the EMS needs. (Hostage/Store/ACC/SUBS/Bank, All unscripted Events)
5. Make sure that all lobby will get covered.
6. Make sure that in this term or any in future the is no corruption/Favoritism.
7. Make the good relation towards the citizens so they will get inspired and join the EMS and take the EMS on more better position.
