2.1: Leadership Experience.
My time as High Command and Deputy taught me that leadership is more than giving orders. It is about supporting members, making fair decisions, and keeping the org united. I am ready to take on that responsibility.
2.2: I am ready to take Responsibility
I am willing to dedicate my time to recruiting organizing activities, and ensuring the org remains active every day I want Vagos to be one of the most active organizations in the city and also a terrorist organisation.
2.3 Learning from Past Experience.
Every position I have held has helped me improve my leadership and communication skills. I always accept feedback learn from mistakes, and look for ways to improve both myself and the Organisation if would be a leader.
2.4: Plans for Events and daily activity. (Extra Point)
I already have several plans that I want to execute if I become the Leader. I want to organize regular events, increase member participation, and keep Vagos active throughout the day. I also plan to do daily FZ raids whenever possible, so members always have something to do and the org remains involved in activities so people don't get robbed.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
As a Leader, I will treat every member fairly, listen to their ideas, and reward those who put effort in. I believe good leadership creates a positive where everyone is motivated to do activity.
My goal is to create a friendly and united community where members enjoy playing together, doing spray and Clapping Ghetto.
I will. Try for Terrorist org and will try to choose a good Turf Deputy, to get All Turfs if possible.
