2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have a lot of experience in criminal organizations I have been deputy of top 1 in en2 so I know how these things work. I will use my vast experience in making the organization better. I will lead every event myself and ill make sure I make no mistakes.
2. I have good leadership skills and I know the rules really well because of which I can distinguish between players who know the rules and who know how to play the server and people who wont get me in trouble ill make sure to hire people like them and I will monitor my org at all time so that no one makes any mistake and I will also issue good bonuses to those guys.
3. I have seen leos super active and strong and I want to change that, I will make sure that all of my gang members come and help me with the events and help me in killing leos. I want to take the RP experience of a gang to the next level. I am planning to do all gang events like Battleship, Fort Zancudo, clandestine and I'll make sure that we participate in all these types of gang events.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I wont tolerate any rule breaks or any toxicity in my gang ill make sure to punish those guys. I will complete all my weekly tasks really quickly.
I will make sure to finish my term with no warns or strikes as I know I can do that.
I will only give bonus and ranks to those who are worthy of it. I wont prioritize anyone over anyone else.
I will hire good high commands and understanding ones so that they can also help out the new people who join my gang.
My goals:
• End my term with zero warns.
• Active in events.
• 100% Graffiti all time
• 100% Gang Turf
