The attached video is the POV of the police officer I am reporting, meaning the entire incident can be viewed directly from the accused officer's perspective.
As shown in the video, the officers maintain an exceptionally high level of coordination throughout the incident. At no point is there any visible in-game radio animation, in-game radio communication, or normal in-game voice communication between the officers. However, Turkish conversations can be heard that appear to come from an external voice application. While I cannot state with absolute certainty that Discord was used, the communication strongly suggests that the officers were coordinating through a third-party voice application rather than the in-game communication system. Because of this, I respectfully request that the administration review whether external communication was used and, if confirmed, evaluate it under the Metagaming rules.
Furthermore, as clearly shown in the video, the officers arrived at the scene and immediately opened fire without giving any verbal warning such as "Hands up," "Drop your weapon," or "Surrender." At that moment, an active hostage robbery roleplay was taking place. I respectfully request that the officers' use of lethal force without first attempting standard roleplay procedures also be reviewed.
Since the entire incident is recorded from the reported officer's own POV, I believe the footage provides a clear and complete view of what happened. I respectfully ask the administration to review the evidence carefully and, if any rule violations are confirmed, apply the appropriate punishment.
