As you can see in this video, I was driving legally when I suddenly saw a Highway Patrol car heading toward me; it collided with my vehicle. I saw the officer fly out of his car it was a violent impact and land on his back. He then got up and started running toward me, holding a large weapon. I thought he was on duty and coming to apologize, but to my shock, he aimed his weapon at me for no reason. When I tried to back away, he opened fire. Fearing for my life, I tried to drive off thinking he might be a corrupt cop or someone who had stolen the patrol car but he didn't give me a chance; he fired a second time and killed me. Fortunately, my body camera was recording, and I heard him say he was going to put handcuffs on me. Is this normal? I believe the police were established by the state to protect citizens, not to kill them or abuse their authority against them
