the video is quite long because I didn.t want to cut it so you could see the entire incident. While I was driving the police officer signaled me to pull over and I complied without trying to flee. He asked for my passport, which I handed over he then searched me without even checking my PDA and arrested me, which he shouldn.t have done. Furthermore after putting me in jail he didn.t confiscate the illegal items I was carrying. I have listed the timestamps below so you can review the footage properly. please impose the appropriate penalty.

1) Arrest following a baseless body search at the 46.second mark. ( 136340 İD )

2) Between the 1:25 and 2:10 marks I think Miranda rights are being read but the voice is completely inaudible the voice needs to come through clearly while this is being read. ( 136340 İD )

3) I want it to display the ID between the 4:05 and 5:20 marks, but it refuses to do so it cannot do that I have the right to see its ID. ( 136340 İD )

4) When we arrived at the lawyer waiting area the in.game time was 16:18 they were required to wait 15 minutes for the lawyer yet we left the waiting area at 16:27 in.game time this constitutes a serious violation. (You can look at the 3:50 and 13:40 marks in the video)

5) At the 15:01 mark he lays me down on the ground but doesn.t say anything. ( 136340 İD )

6) At the 15:15 mark he doesn.t give me 5 seconds to show him my passport and finds out my name himself. ( 136340 İD )

7) At the 15:21 mark he searches me but says nothing furthermore he does not confiscate any items this is a serious violation. ( 136340 İD )


9) At the 18:13 mark he is handcuffing me and holding my shoulder but he still isn.t saying anything. ( 136340 İD )

10) At the 18:40 mark he is holding my shoulder but not saying anything. ( 253423 İD )

If that.s not the case, you can provide proof after all, you.te the one on the defense police are always supposed to record things. Plus, you didn't even confiscate the illegal items I was carrying that.s a major violation and a sign of serious amateurism.
