2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. I first joined SAHP in the beginning of 2024 in Lola Swordthains term, 28 terms ago, since then I have learned a lot about SAHP and all the other orgs. Since SAHP is the org I have lightly spent the most time in, it is the org that I am most experienced in and knowledgeable about. Therefore I decided to apply for the 53nd leadership of SAHP. I know how to manage the org well, I rose to Chief Of Staff of Human Resources during Saint Opps term, and I learned how to talk to, manage and help people. I have always looked forward to being leader of a SAHP, and I trust I will be able to build a good term with trustworthy high commands and no favouritism. You may notice I was not acitive for a 12 day period, I was on holiday that I just got back from on the 16th of July, before I was able to put in around 5 hours, and now too, I am confident that I will be able to put in the hours to create a great term.
2.2. Moreover, I have had experience in Leading an Unofficial Family, Leading a successful gang term, being undersheriff in SAHP twice, and many other high ranking positions in organisations. I will make sure to appoint trust worthy and werll experienced high commands for all departments, and I will do my best in making them more active than ever. No event will pass without SAHP responding with it's troopers full force. My perfect SAHP would be one free of favoritism/corruption, full of friends and trust worthy troopers, one that responds to every call, one that people can rely upon and truly trust. With my leadership and hard work, I trust I can build this dream of mine.
2.3. Additionally, although SAHP is very excluded from what goes on in the city due to it's location, me and my future troopers will make sure to get involved in every event, every global, and every callout for help from other organisations. Our departments will be active in managing and making the org run smoothly, HR will do regular open recruiments, hire as many ex troopers and future leos as possible. IA will make sure no misconduct, favoritism, corruption or any other problems occur. SWAT, HWP, PR will maintain high acivity and I will make sure their job is done correctly. I have always wanted to become sheriff, this is my shot.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. I will make sure to go over the top with the attendance and doing of checkpoints, ghetto patrols and event attendance. When ever we attend an event, roleplay between SAHP, state orgs and gangs improves. I believe that only one person should be at the SAHP HQ, the one selling insurance, everyone else should be out patrolling, arresting and attending events. Rules will be followed,dn. SWAT, HWP and high commands will discuss tactics before events, this will mean it wont be a big shoot out between gangs and leos where whoever has more people and bullets win, it will be a prepared for and well organised roleplay situation. High commands should possess great leadership skills, especially the ones that form a part of human resources, this way the organisations duties such as ghetto patrols, defending store robberies, and keeping the highways safe will be done well, efficiently and as a united unit. State organisations FIB, LSPD, SAHP, in some cases also NG and GOV should regularly discuss tactics such as flanking, taking good peaks, retakes and unit allocation before storming into an situation, this will improve the RP of state against crime, not just SAHP, with upfront communication between high commands who can relay the message to other members of each organisation.
