2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have alot of experience in crime and family side.i have alot of friends that want to be part of gang side.and i also want to be a good leader in vagos history.we want to run a good activity in a city and to bring good experience in vagos side.and i want to pay good bonuses to my members.
2. I have good leadership and communication skills and can negotiate and treat everyone same and nice. that can help me make to motivate the whole organization to be constantly active to do ghetto clapping, clands, turf, and the other events.Also my Team Completed season 14th and 15th so we believe now we will get again.
3.If i get to be selected to the Los santos vagos.i will do hard work with my guys and try to dominate everything like events,activitys,turfs and many more things.my goal is to get season and to dominate all events and to be best leader on vagos history.also i have good connect with the people of this city so I can choose my deputies and hcs wisely.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I want to finish my term with least org punishments as its possible.
Not tolerating toxicity
One of the things that i will not tolerate too its showing favouritism towards anyone, no matter if its any rank or friend.
I want to help the new players and will help anyone who needs it, as i remember my time it was hard to learn and now i want to make it easy to people to learn, helping other newbies really helps the server to grow more.
I talked about being active above, I want to do the weekly goals of my gang as soon as possible and trying to do them without mistakes and with that method will help the activity will be pretty good, and Vagos will be one of the most active gangs in the city if not the most active.
I will try to have experienced high commands so everyone can be respected and appreciated with their works. As i know High Commands/Deputies are almost important as leader is.
My goals:

• To complate our 3rd 100%
• Max graffiti points
• try to be a best leader in Vagos history
