Hello Admins,
I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding during my PC check. When I was asked if I was using any optimizer, I told the admins that I had used Chris Titus Tech's Windows Utility to optimize my PC. I even showed Babi Ruthless and Sathwik King exactly what I had used.
I genuinely didn't know that the utility cleared things like the Windows + R (Run) history and other Windows logs. I wasn't trying to hide anything or interfere with the PC check it was simply something I wasn't aware of.
I'm truly sorry for the confusion this caused. I respectfully ask you to review my case and consider giving me another chance. I enjoy playing on the server and will avoid using optimization tools in the future to prevent this from happening again.
