2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be SAHP leader because i spent a long time in state organizations and i am sure that i know many things about state organizations. Also by now, I have gained huge experiences and proved myself properly to everyone around me. Therefore, i certainly believe and trust myself about leadership and think that i will success a lot. Moreover, if i get this SAHP term, i want to reach impeccably high numbers in events such as store robbery, fz raid and more.
2.2 I had the goal to support, defend and protect people and i believe being the leader of SAHP will make it way easier for me to do that in the easiest way. My goal is to make SAHP fair, proper and better than ever so the people and other organizations will trust and support us. I know what SAHP needs and with my knowledge, efforts and experience i can make it a remarkable success through my hardworking members and my own efforts
2.3 I will be having hardworking Deputy and High Command teams. As a result of this we will be undoubtedly active in the whole term. We will be ready for events at every opportunity. For this reason we will generally be active in every event. I will make sure our departments train members and develop organized plans, allowing members to patrol properly, attend events, and achieve our goals in an organized way.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I want to improve the RP quality within the organization by creating a better system for members to learn, improve, and work together. I believe that proper trainings, fair high commands, togetherness and communication are important for having proffesional organization members. I will try to help members as much as i can to have them understand their roles, improve their skills, and improve the RP. By keeping discipline high and supporting members, we can have a more active, organized, and enjoyable term for everyone.
