Dear Higher Ups,
Today, Francy Mandem punished three of our members for ER 1.18, even though the roof was not illegal. Because of this, we lost an RP Ticket, resulting in a direct loss of approximately 9 million for our family.
We would like to request compensation, if possible, as this was a clear-cut win for us, but due to the admin's mistake, we lost the event.
Proof that our three members were jailed without a valid reason:
