From 0 to 5 seconds he was watching me and as soon as I left the area he called his friend using metagaming

From 5 to 10 seconds my vehicle which is an SUV was climbing a small hill Because of the terrain my car unintentionally went airborne This was not done on purpose and it is clearly visible in the evidence

From 11 to 25 seconds while they had only one vehicle they ordered me to pull over This is a violation of GR 616 and the UB Demand rule At least two people and two vehicles are required to make a valid demand They had three people in their vehicle

At the 29 second mark the three people in their vehicle were already far behind me yet the two person vehicle approached me again and ordered me to pull over This is also a violation of GR 616 and the UB Demand rule

I did not stop because they did not meet the minimum requirement of two vehicles and two people to make a valid demand This can also be clearly seen in my evidence

I kindly ask you to review the evidence and issue the appropriate punishments for these rule violations
