The Four Friends
Below their are the names of four close friends: Nouman Fear, Mafia Yukawa, Aadi Mastaan and Rishu Dappardan. They all came to Los Santos at the same time. Nouman , Aadi , Yukawa and Rishu were most trusted friends. For many years they had been acquainted and they had always helped each other when the things were hard. They began to work together, To make profits, to buy property, and gradually to establish a peaceful life in Los Santos. Nouman and Aadi were well established businessman with some out-of-town friends. One day they received an important business opportunity and was forced to abandon the Los Santos for a while. When it was time to go, Nouman and Aadi requested Yukawa and Rishu to be cautious until they came back. But who would have thought that their gone would make a bigger difference in the lives of all four friends.

Yukawa and Rishu were at a public event close to the Capital while Nouman and Aadi were out of the city. The Governor of Los Santos noticed Yukawa during the event, and became interested in her. From then on, the Governor began to reach out to Yukawa and invited her to private meetings over and over. Yukawa was initially oblivious to his behavior as she did not wish to have any issues with Government. But the Governor went ahead and put pressure on her using his position and power. One evening, the Governor called Yukawa to the Capital by saying that he wanted to discuss an official opportunity with her. Yukawa thought it was something important for the government and went to the office of the governor. In the office, the Governor proposed to Yukawa, offering her money, protection and a high-ranking job in the Government. Yukawa quickly turned down his offer. She told the Governor she had no interest in his money or position nor would he ever contact her again for personal reasons. This was a setback to the Governors pride. He was also worried that the citizens and the other officials of the government may find out his attitude. Later that night, Yukawa mysteriously vanished. Rishu continued calling her, but she didn't respond. She looked in various hospitals, police stations, and places throughout the city and still didn't find her. After several hours, Yukawa's dead body was discovered in the sewage area behind LSPD. The Governor had slain her and left her body behind, thinking that nobody would ever know the truth. After witnessing her best friend's death, Rishu was totally broken. She attempted to report all of this but it was not until she had substantial evidence that any government official took an interest in investigating the Governor. In fact, some officials even advised Rishu to keep her mouth shut to avoid her being killed.
Revenge
Nouman and Aadi returned to Los Santos after a while. They thought that they were expected by Yukawa and Rishu, but only by Rishu.
Rishu had told her everything that had happened while they were away and handed the necklace to Nouman, which he had given Yukawa.
When the Governor killed their best friend simply for refusing to marry him, Nouman and Aadi became furious when
they heard that the Governor had killed their best friend, just for the reason that she didn't want to marry him.
They tried to seek justice via the courts, but no one would oppose the most powerful of the citizens.
Evidence vanished, witnesses recanted and the case was gradually being covered up by the government.
Nouman, Aadi and Rishu knew that the Governor would never be punished by the system.
They began to look for those who were also victim to corrupt officials of the government. They met discharged officers, ex-servicemen,
Those who sold weapons, known criminals and citizens whose families had been lost due to corruption.
They worked together to create a formidable alliance, known as The Los Santos Vagos , Nouman were elected to be the leader and strategist of the Organization. Nouman Also Found out some gangs in that area named Bloods Street Gang lead by It's Victor And East Side Ballas lead by Kai Frost who also have past depts to be cleared by the governor so they were in support of Nouman. Aadi taught their members to fight with weapons and Rishu stole some secrets.

Attack
Nouman Fear with other gangs started planning for the attack on capital and did:
1. They ordered many Lockpicks set, bag for head, handcuffs, and Drill Machines from the darknet.
2. They reinforced gang cars with steel. And they upgraded the suspension system.
3. There are very good marksmen in the gang, they bought Heavy Snipers for all of them.
4. They hired a person and sent him to the city hall to spy.
5. For hours and days, they watched the city hall from afar and gathered information.
6. Loading all Equipment in trunks, Taking extra guns, Heals and many other stuff with trucks.
7. They need to park Both Their trucks in front of Main doors, in order to have easy access to them.
8. They will keep the hostages in different rooms with 5 gang members in each room and lock the doors.
Request
1. Approval for the attack.
2. Need assistance of Higher level admin to remove green zone.
3. An admin who constantly protects us from people trying to troll us.
4. Permission to take more then 2 hostages (there is going to be many people there to take hostage, It will Be really unrealistic to let everyone go and to only keep 2)
5. Permission to make people get on knees, instead of only hands up.
6. Governor and Deputy Governor must be at Capital including some Leo's.
7. Need help from GOV curator for a state wave that Los Santos Vagos Captured Governor and Government Building is under Los Santos Vagos Controls.
