2. Why Do You Want to Become the Leader of This Specific Organization?
1. Marabunta Grande was once one of the most powerful and well-known illegal organizations on the server. However, during the last few terms, the organization has struggled to maintain consistency and has fallen far behind compared to its previous periods. If I am selected as the leader, I want to rebuild Marabunta as an active, disciplined, and competitive organization.
2. I already have a prepared and experienced team. My team includes players who have previously served as leaders, deputies, and high-command members in different organizations. They have strong knowledge of the server rules and gang systems. Therefore, instead of filling the organization with random players, we will begin the term with a reliable and active team from the first day.
3. If I am selected, my goal will be to make Marabunta stand out through teamwork, discipline, and proper management rather than relying only on numbers. OOC toxicity, rule violations, and behavior that damages the organization’s reputation will not be tolerated.
4. I do not want Marabunta to be active only during certain hours. I will try to build a team consisting of players from different time zones so that the organization can remain active throughout the day.
5. My goal is for Marabunta to be remembered at the end of the term for its activity, event performance, turf success, and strong leadership rather than as an inconsistent organization.
3. Your Suggestions for Improving the Roleplay Level in the Organization
If I am selected as the leader of Marabunta, players who want to join the organization will be asked three or four essential questions. Instead of immediately rejecting players who do not know certain rules, I will teach them what they are missing and help them become part of our team. However, players who intentionally violate rules or display OOC toxicity will not be tolerated.
To keep Marabunta active every day, we will regularly participate in store robberies, hostage situations, NG raids, and other gang events. Our goal will be to take the organization to a level of activity and event performance that has never been seen before.
Some previous leaders generally focused only on turf or only on gang events. If I am selected, our team will remain active in both areas. Our turfers will not participate only in turf fights; they will also take part in gang events. Marabunta will aim to stand out in both turf battles and official gang events.
