Event Details:​

To bring high stakes excitement and sportsmanship to the citizens, the LSPD is hosting a traditional wild-west style Cowboy Duel tournament. The event will take place at the Diamond Casino parking lot, which will be safely sectioned off. Participants will be allowed to step up and choose their own opponents to face off against. LSPD officers will issue a standard flare gun to both duelists. The two opponents will stand back-to-back or face each other at a distance. On the official voice countdown given by the LSPD host, both players must quickly draw and fire. The quickest draw who lands the shot first will instantly eliminate their opponent and advance in the bracket.

How the Event Works:​

• Phase 1 (The Matchmaking): Participants gather at the Casino parking lot and choose the opponent they want to challenge to a duel.
• Phase 2 (The Draw): Both duelists step into the arena, receive their flare guns from the LSPD, and take their places facing each other.
• Phase 3 (The Shot): The LSPD host begins the official countdown. On the final signal, both participants quickly aim and shoot.
• Phase 4 (The Verdict): The player who reacts fastest and shoots their opponent first eliminates them from the competition and moves to the next round until one final cowboy remains.

Rules of the Event:​

• Only the flare gun issued by the LSPD is allowed to be drawn.
• Firing even a millisecond before the official LSPD countdown signal will result in an immediate disqualification.
• No lethal weapons, armor swapping, or interference from the crowd is allowed.
• Standard server rules apply at all times.
