Just for clarifying the Person shooting you in the beginning of the clip and the person killing you are two different persons.
The quality of the Video is not good enough to clearly see tne ID but for a split second you can see the ID. Its between second 27-28.
ID: 257506 didnt start the shooting. He was just informed about "that person robbed me" and continued the RP Situation -> other guy had no ammunation left.
Another thing is that the place where you died isnt actual Black Market. It is above it but you are standing on the highway. There for no greenzone 1.1 for ID: 257506
